WHY: To enrich your faith and draw nearer to the Lord while building friendships and having FUN through imaginative camping adventures

Welcome to your site for ALL THINGS VBS at St. John the Divine Greek Orthodox Church!!! This year, we are looking forward to our exciting CAMP FIRELIGHT “camping” theme that will focus on teaching children to “be the Light” and how they are “mountain-movers” with the faith they place in our Lord. We are excited to see familiar faces and to make new friends in fellowship and faith.

This year, camp will take place from Monday, June 3rd to Friday, June 7th on our church campus. Your adventure begins every day at 8:45am (and we mean 8:45am, not before or after that time 😁…we use every minute in the morning to set up for each day, so please keep that in mind) and finishes with pick-up at 12:30pm for PreK and Kindergarten and at 1:00pm for 1st-6th grade. Please be on time!

Registration will be on a first come first served basis and closes May 3rd. Pricing is $40 for all campers and $30 for all teen volunteers. Teen volunteers must be entering 9th-12th grade, in good standing with their parish, and if from outside SJTD will need a referral letter from their parish priest (please email all letters to Anna Montauredes ([email protected])).

However, please note, you will not be able to attend camp unless all components of your profile are complete (registration fee, medical/liability forms, and/or letter of good standing).
