Parea Fellowship

If you are interested in experiencing the language, culture and hospitality of Greece please join us for PAREA in the Church café every Tuesday morning from 10:00am to 12:00 noon.

A “PAREA” in Greek Culture is a group of friends who regularly gather to share their experiences about life, their philosophies, values, and ideas.

It is like a Greek traditional Kafenio (Καφενείο)where you can enjoy fellowship and having fun without traveling to Greece.

Everyone is welcomed, parishioners, visitors, seniors, young at heart, men, and women.

We started this Church Ministry on January 13^th, 2022, and still going strong with over 55 registered members.

Few of the activities are:

·       We drink our coffee and refreshments enjoying fellowship and friendly discussions.

·       We play non-gambling games, such as backgammon (τάβλι) , Chess ( Σκάκι) etc.

·       We entertain ourselves by singing together various traditional Greek songs accompanied by amateur musicians, members of our church or guests,

·       We watch Greek news, sports, and events directly from Greece in our Café’s smart TV.
